How long do the meals last?

When refrigerated, 3-5 days.

All our meals are prepared using fresh ingredients with no preservatives and we can accommodate most dietary restrictions.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver the following areas: Port Colborne, Welland, Pellam, Fort Erie

We use insulated bags to keep our meals fresh during Transit.
